Universal'S Loews Portofino Bay Hotel Orlando

The property was sophisticated with attentive staff in all areas, I enjoyed my stay.

I enjoyed this, haven't been in a better hotel. Perfect staff and rooms - they offered a really amazing stay at the Portofino Bay Venue. The restaurant onsite was good with excellent dishes.

I liked my time at the hotel, thank you. It was fairly clean, everyone was affable. The room I booked was cleaned and available with balcony, a terrace, for example.

The staff were genuinely helpful and our room was immaculate with all the amenities, beautiful views and comfortable beds. The restaurant here was terrific, we both ordered delicious dishes.

Spectacular and fairly clean place, pleasant staff in all areas. Newly renovated room with a safe, an iron and an electronic key card, and incredibly beautiful view of the bay from it.

The venue is clean and fairly large, views are beautiful, the location is stunning not far from universal theme parks and Universal Studios and lovely gardens;))

The hotel was neat, and we loved a top location. Queen room was great with exceptionally comfortable beds. Staff was supportive as always. A kind of excellent service. There was an executive bar and freshly made food at the grill restaurant...

Staff is apologetic, breakfast is solid. The units are freshly renovated, well soundproofed. Considering other options in Orlando this one is great value.

outstanding service, great value. varied breakfast and a decent room: that's what we thoroughly enjoyed. the location was fabulous central, the view was splendid, too. besides, it was short walk to water taxi, universal theme parks. amazing beds, air conditioning, flat screen cable tv and terrace were a nice touch.

nice hotel, well-equipped room, plus the location is lovely. fruit and coffee - quick breakfast. staff was willing to help and cool thoughout our stay.

An excellent base for exploring Orlando. Visited their restaurant Bar American couple of times. The bed was comfortable and good sized.

Generally service was great. The location was GOOD, convenient to go everywhere. We loved our stay thanks to free WiFi in the rooms as we needed it.

It was decidedly a good choice for everyone. We greatly enjoyed a pool area provided for relaxation. 25 minutes drive to the airport...

View of sunsets was great! The thirsty fish is an easy walk to the hotel.
